Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our shipping rates, processing times, and carrier guidelines below.

💳 Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
  • Orders up to 1 lb: $6.95
  • Orders over 1 lb: $9.95
  • Orders $75 or more: Free standard shipping
📦 Processing & Handling Times
To bring you a wide variety of items, our products ship from two different locations:
  • Standard Items: Handled and shipped directly by us. These orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 4 business days.
  • Partner Supplier Items: Shipped directly from our trusted partner supplier. These select items require 7 to 10 business days for processing and shipment.
*Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
📦 Orders with Items Shipping from Different Locations
Some orders may contain items that ship from different locations. If your order includes products shipping from both Lilac + Mint and a partner supplier, or from more than one supplier, your items may arrive in separate packages and may have different delivery dates.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee simply because your order is sent in more than one package.
🚚 Carrier & Transit Information
All orders are shipped via standard ground transit using USPS or UPS. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, a tracking number will be emailed to you when it becomes available, so you can follow its journey.

⚠️ Shipping Restrictions for Fragrances
Due to strict Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations regarding flammable liquids, liquid fragrances (perfumes and colognes) have specific transit rules:
  • Ground Shipping Only: All liquid fragrances must be shipped via standard ground transportation.
  • Location Restrictions: Fragrance orders are strictly restricted to the continental United States.
  • Exclusions: We are completely unable to ship liquid fragrances to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
  • Delivery Times: Please allow an additional 2 to 4 business days for ground transit times on fragrance orders compared to our standard shipping.
